The ordering process:

We offer multiple ways to place your order so that you can do what works best for you.

First decide what is most convenient for you- fax, voicemail, or email. You can also place your order online at our brother site: www.herbanpharmer.com.  If you would like to fax, you can use our ready-made forms for your convenience:  Powder Order Form or fax order form.

If you will be ordering by email or voicemail, be sure to indicate the following elements in your order:

  • Patient Name
  • Formula Name (what you would like it to say on the label)
  • Patient daily dosage (dropperfuls for  liquids, scoops for powders)
  • Address you would like the formula sent to
  • Furthermore, for liquid orders, please indicate the bottle size and the ratio amount of each formula included (i.e.: ½, ¼, etc…)
  • For powder orders, please list the herbs with their respective raw dosages (we will convert raw to powder for you) and the total number of grams you would like to order. Please note that the Treasure of the East granules are denser than most powders and are on average 1.5g per scoop.  Take this information into account when establishing your patient’s daily dosage. If you need help or clarification on this, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Once you have placed your order, it will be sent out priority mail  (average cost is $4.95 for powders and $5.50 for liquids).  All orders placed by 3pm EST will be sent out same day.

Your credit card on file will be charged for your order and a receipt will be sent my email.

  • Thank you for your interest in joining TCM Formulas.  Setting up an account is quite simple. Fill out our STARTING AN ACCOUNT paperwork. You can send this to us by fax or email. Once we receive your paperwork, you can get started!

Policies:

  • We are unable to accept any returns on all products due to FDA guidelines.
  • All orders received before 3pm EST will be shipped same day
  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. However, to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we typically do not insure packages unless requested.
